Ryan Morris began his career as an electrician with Byers Industrial Services nearly 15 years ago, rising through the ranks to become its owner in 2024. Building on this success, he founded Triumph Atlantic, a company focused on fostering long-term partnerships with organizations that share its values and strategic vision. Although Ryan has transitioned from his role as CEO of Byers, he remains deeply committed to driving excellence and innovation across the family of companies. His leadership is defined by a hands-on approach, a dedication to integrity, and a focus on creating meaningful, lasting relationships. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and family, as well as pursuing hobbies like carpentry and riding ATVs.
Eric Quidort began his career building a strong network of referral partners to set appointments and grow his business in the insurance industry. He learned to rely on strategic relationships rather than cold calling once his network was established. Seeking hands-on experience outside of sales, Eric transitioned to Construction and became a sign technician at a non-union company, mastering skills such as sign placement, LED wiring, and power connections—all while working 30-50 feet in the air. He later joined the sheet metal union, traveling nationally to perform various installations. In 2022, Eric combined his sales, networking, and construction experience to launch Red Door Marketing Co., a marketing agency dedicated to helping contractors and the construction industry grow their businesses and strengthen their networks. After expanding into healthcare, professional services, and political campaigns, Red Door refocused in 2024 as a marketing agency for contractors, partnering with Byers Industrial, Stable Works, and Fritz Staffing. In 2025, Eric became a partner in Triumph Atlantic, leveraging his expertise to help construction companies build relationships and increase revenue. In his free time, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife, reading history, and carpentry projects at his home.
Vince Leusner brings several decades of financial management and advisory experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer for Byers Industrial. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Vince has worked with publicly traded and privately held entities of all sizes, including 17 years in publicly traded companies. His last role in that sector was as CFO for Asia for a division of a publicly traded company, where he oversaw 50 profit centers across 17 geographic locations with 1,600 employees. A native of Southern New Jersey, Vince and his wife have three grown children and several grandchildren. During his eight years living in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, as CFO for Asia, Vince and his family traveled extensively throughout the region. Now serving as Triumph Atlantic's Group CFO and Treasurer on the board, Vince brings unparalleled expertise to the financial management and strategic oversight of the entire organization.
